Qualifications

• 1+ year of paid or volunteer experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide medication reminders as per care plans.
• Assist with mobility and transfers and dining assistance.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and report changes to nursing staff.
• Document care activities accurately and timely.
• Support residents' social and spiritual activities.
