Job summary

Enloe Health is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver patient care under RN supervision on a 12-hour day shift in Northern California. The CNA will assist with nursing procedures, transport medications, and coordinate tasks with the care team.

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant may give patient care. They may perform selected nursing procedures as defined in the Patient Care Standards Manual. The CNA transports non-controlled medications to and from pharmacy. Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant provides a support function to the nurse by coordinating special tasks and assisting where needed. The Certified Nursing Assistant collaborates with other members of the patient care team to provide care in accordance with the medical plan of care.
