Qualifications

• Experience or passion for working with seniors.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Maintains positive working relationships with residents and staff.
• Good health and absence of communicable diseases.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, mobility).
• Provide resident care following individual service plans and report changes promptly.
• Promptly respond to resident needs and emergencies; assist with med prompting as assigned.
• Maintain clean, organized apartments and accurate records per policy.
• Support activity programs and help with meals and transportation as needed.
