Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant for a full-time rotating day/night schedule (36 hours per week) in the Nursing Department. This role includes caring for patients under RN supervision, monitoring vitals, and providing basic comfort measures.

Qualifications

• 75-hour CNA certification from an accredited program.
• BLS certification is required as an employee.
• Mandatory Reporter training certification is required as an employee.

Responsibilities

• Performs treatments within CNA duties as directed by the RN.
• Performs basic care tasks under the direction of an RN to maintain comfort and well-being of the patient.
• Monitors vital signs, weight, height, and intake and output as directed.
• Day and night shift hours consisting of 3 12-hours shifts per week. Rotating weekends and holidays.
