Job summary

Tulsa Nursing Center is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for 7am to 7pm shifts in Tulsa, OK. As a CNA you will work with our residents, provide personal care, and support a multidisciplinary team dedicated to quality care, rehabilitation, wellness, and supportive services.

Qualifications

• State certification as a nursing assistant.
• Familiarity with CNA duties and responsibilities.
• Strong observation skills to monitor residents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents in a safe and comfortable manner.
• Promote residents' independence where possible.
• Inform supervising charge nurse of resident status at shift start and end.
• Contribute knowledge of residents' conditions to care plans and assist in implementing them.
• Observe, document, and report residents' conditions and any changes as required.
• Assist with safe lifting and transfers and ensure equipment is clean and functional.
