Paradigm at Sweeny is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in Sweeny, TX. You will provide direct nursing care under the direction of a nurse and support residents with daily activities while maintaining dignity and privacy.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current, active CNA certification in the state required.
• 2 years long-term care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care under nurse supervision.
• Transport, reposition, bathe, dress, and assist with meals and hydration.
• Document and report observations to nursing supervisor promptly.
• Ensure timely nursing interventions and maintain resident dignity and privacy.
• Coordinate with other resident services per facility policies.
