Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to care plans.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
• Document care and resident responses in the notes per policy.
• Support dining, mobility, grooming, and personal hygiene activities.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety guidelines.
