Executive Home Care of Fort Worth is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide essential in-home care. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health, remind about medications, and support clients with meals and mobility.

Qualifications

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as needed.
• Follow care plans, monitor health, and report changes to the care team.

• Maintain documentation of care provided and schedule adherence.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Medication Reminders:
  • Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.
  • Support clients in managing their medication routines.
• Meal Preparation and Nutrition:
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements.
  • Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Companionship and Social Interaction:
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
• Household Assistance:
  • Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Health Monitoring:
  • Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
  • Document care provided and any notable observations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role with a family member, friend or client preferred
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
