Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking a certified CNA in Massachusetts for full-time on-site work. You will assist with daily activities, help maintain routines, and support individuals in community outings and family visits. On-the-job training is provided and tuition assistance opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a valid Massachusetts CNA license.
• Be compassionate and enjoy helping others.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record are required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• TB screening and physical required upon hire with TB updates every two years.

• Provide medication distribution and personal care.

Pay Rate: $23.25 Hourly

Schedule: Saturday 9am-7pm, Monday 7am-5pm, Tuesday 7am-5pm, Wednesday 9am-7pm

What do I need to join the team?

What Does the Job Entail?

You will provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual community outings, meal preparation, assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, family visitation facilitation, and medication distribution while maintaining human rights at all times. This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and individualized programs as identified in Individual Service Plans. At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.

What are Community Outings?

As a Direct Care professional you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples of some outings are:
