Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking a Direct Care Professional (CNA) to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, personal care, and coordinate medical appointments to ensure a structured routine.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Massachusetts CNA license.
• Background check and driving record required.
• TB screening and a physical are required upon hire and updated every two years after.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities and ensure a structured routine in a residential setting.
• Provide individual community outings, meal preparation, and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Support with medication distribution and medical appointments.

  Requirements – What do you need to have?

  • Applicants must have a valid Massachusetts C.N.A. License

  What Does the Job Entail?

  You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

  • Individual community outings
  • Meal preparation
  • Assistance with activities of daily living
  • Personal care
  • Medical appointments
  • Medication distribution

  As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples of some outings are:
