Job summary

Acacia Health Center in Phoenix seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time night shifts. You will provide direct resident care, take vitals, and assist with daily activities in a serene, resort-style setting.

Starting pay ranges from $19.00 to $24.00 per hour based on license date. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and daily pay options. Must hold an Arizona CNA license and CPR/BLS.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an approved CNA training program.
• Current Arizona CNA license required.
• Valid CPR Certification with BLS and AED training.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, document care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assist residents with daily activities, including taking vitals and treatments.
• Answer call lights promptly.
• Change linens and keep resident rooms tidy.
• Maintain safe and sanitary work conditions.
• Assist with resident transfers and positioning.
• Perform routine tasks with a smile and genuine care.

Starting Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour (based license date)
Schedule: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, two days a week Tuesday and Saturday
Vaccination: flu vaccine required

Who you are:

• Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training program
• Current Arizona CNA license required
• Valid CPR Certification with BLS and AED training
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and document care
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs, stand, reach, and assist with resident transfers (up to 125 lbs) and push residents in wheelchairs or shower chairs
• Someone who provides high levels of customer care with compassion and heart
