Arbor Springs West Des Moines is a 56-bed senior living community in Des Moines, IA seeking compassionate CNAs to join our resident care team and help provide high-quality care.

Under supervision of licensed nursing personnel, you will perform direct care duties, maintain a positive environment for residents, and support Montessori-inspired living that treats all individuals with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing and meet certification requirements
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Completion of elementary education or ability to read, write and follow directions
• Must speak and understand English
• Positive attitude toward the elderly

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing and meet all applicable federal and state certification requirements or in training to satisfactorily complete the requirements to become a Certified Nurse Assistant
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Completion of elementary education or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
• Must speak and understand English
• Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program
• Positive attitude toward the elderly
