Job summary

Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital is seeking a CNA to support adult psychiatry with direct patient care under RN supervision. The role emphasizes basic nursing skills and unit-specific tasks, contributing to a patient-focused care plan.

Eligible rehires and external hires can receive a $5,000.00 sign-on bonus, with required WA Nursing Assistant Certification and BLS from American Heart Association to be met at hire.

Qualifications

• Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License required on hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required on hire.

• Assist in providing care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse and implement delegated activities of the nursing plan. Demonstrate basic and unit-specific nursing skills as part of patient care.

The Nursing Assistant functions within his/her scope of practice under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to assist in providing care and implementing delegated activities of the nursing plan. S/he demonstrates an understanding of basic nursing skills and skills unique to the assigned clinical unit(s).
