The State of Georgia is seeking a part-time CNA Program Adjunct Instructor to deliver dual enrollment courses at Gilmer High School in Ellijay. Responsibilities include teaching the CNA curriculum and coordinating clinical components with partner high schools.

Candidates must hold an active LPN or RN license in Georgia and have relevant teaching or field experience. This position is per-term with per-course compensation and no state benefits.

After initial screening, additional documentation may be requestedPOSITION DESCRIPTION : Part-time position available for Certified Nursing Assistant Program Adjunct faculty. Responsibilities are centered on preparing and teaching the Dual Enrollment Certified Nursing Assistant classes in High Schools that have partnered with Chattahoochee Tech. Classes are scheduled according to the needs of the individual High School. This will also include responsibilities for the clinical requirements of the class. There are positions available in Bartow, Cherokee, Cobb, Gilmer, Paulding, and Pickens counties.NOTE: Adjunct Instructor positions are part-time positions of employment appointed on a per academic term basis. Therefore, your employment is limited, and there is no expectation that your association with Chattahoochee Tech will be extended beyond this term.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Licensed Practical Nurse (with at least one year of nursing home experience) or Registered Nurse.
