Clayton Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Clayton, NC seeks a PRN Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to support nursing staff in delivering resident care. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, safety, and comfort under RN/LPN guidance.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent; NC CNA certification is required. LTC/SNF experience is preferred; opportunities for advancement and new benefits are available.
