Clayton Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Clayton, NC is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time, part-time and PRN roles. Shifts available: Day 7am–3pm, Evening 3pm–11pm, Night 11pm–7am. Join a compassionate team dedicated to resident wellbeing and quality care.

As an RN, you will supervise staff, ensure health, safety and welfare of Residents, and adhere to nursing policies and regulations. Requires RN license in state, high school diploma or equivalent, LTC/SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State License as an RN
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.

NOW HIRING:
(RNs) Registered Nurses: FT/PT/PRN

Day Shift 7am to 3 pm

Evening Shift 3pm to 11pm

Night Shift 11pm to 7am

Summary/Objective:

In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Resident’s we serve, the RN provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
