Job summary

Avir at Seymour is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our PRN team in a long-term care setting. You will assist residents with daily living activities and provide essential care to promote well-being.

Responsibilities include recording vital signs, supporting mobility, and collaborating with the care team to implement individualized plans. A Texas CNA certification and BLS are required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Current Texas CNA certification.
• Ability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming) as needed.
• Provide basic care, including vital signs and weight tracking.
• Support residents' mobility and range of motion exercises.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.
