Job summary

Avir Trilogy is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and support a safe, welcoming environment across shifts.

Ideal candidates are Texas-registered CNAs or those who will be certified within four months, able to stay organized, work independently, and communicate with residents and families with empathy.

Qualifications

• Must be listed on the Texas Nurse Aide Registry, or become certified within four months of hire.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
• Patience, tact, and a positive attitude with residents, families, and staff.
• Comfort working with residents who are ill, disabled, elderly, or upset.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily living activities.
• Provide toileting assistance and repositioning of residents.
• Respond promptly to call lights and determine resident needs.
• Assist with walking and transfers using a gait belt.
• Monitor vital signs, weights, and intake/output as directed.
• Provide catheter care as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment.
