Job summary

Vaiden Community Living Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team on a PRN basis with shifts from 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am. Responsibilities include direct care rounds, assisting residents with activities of daily living, and maintaining open communication with the Charge Nurse.

You will help monitor changes in condition, take vital signs, and support new admissions and transfers.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Direct care rounds and assist with activities of daily living.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and patients.
• Notify Charge Nurse of changes in residents' condition.
• Obtain vital signs, weights, and heights as instructed by charge nurse.
• Complete duties and documentation as required.
• Prepare for admissions, transfers, discharges in Transitional Care Unit.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow infection control practices.
