Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will provide hands-on care, follow care plans, and help create a warm, homelike environment for residents in a supportive, purpose-driven setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required.
• CPR certification required.
• 1-3 years of CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
• Create a warm, home-like environment for residents.
• Monitor and report changes in resident health.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant living space per regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses, families, and care team.
• Maintain documentation and safety standards.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
