National HealthCare Corporation (NHC Springfield) is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. You will provide essential patient care in a supportive environment, with opportunities for growth and recognition. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a range of benefits.

Shifts are 12 hours (7am–7pm, 7pm–7am) with rates up to $22/hour depending on experience. We also offer PRN options, shift differentials, and a no-paid-leave program to boost earnings.

Schedule & Pay

• 12-hour shifts: 7am–7pm and 7pm-7am
• Up to $22 /hour (based on experience)

Experience

CNA License Required. Long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar experience is preferred but not required. We’ll help you succeed!
