Job summary

Hireology in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate basic care and daily living support to our residents. You’ll work within a friendly team, enjoy flexible scheduling, and benefit from perks like free meals, an onsite fitness center, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed CNA in Virginia
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living preferred
• Understanding of geriatric care and aging process
• Strong communication skills and compassionate customer service

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living community preferred
• Understanding of geriatric care, the aging process, and strong communication skills
• A passion for excellent customer service and genuine compassion for others
