Job summary

Boulder Post Acute in Boulder, CO is hiring PRN CNAs to join a compassionate team delivering quality resident care across all shifts. This role offers competitive pay and opportunities to work closely with licensed nurses to support seniors in a supportive environment.

Open positions include PRN and full-time options with several 8- and 12-hour shifts. Candidates must hold a Colorado CNA license, CPR certification, and pass background checks. Join us to make a real difference.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Colorado CNA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass Colorado background checks (CAPS)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under the direction of licensed nurses.
• Assist with activities of daily living and ensure comfort and safety.
• Support accurate charting and timely reporting to nursing staff.

Open Positions

PRN all shifts (both 8 & 12 hr shifts)

Full Time 6am-6pm with weekend rotation

Full Time 6pm-6am Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sat, Mon, Tues

Full Time 2pm-10pm Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a CNA in Colorado
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus!

Rate Range:

$20-$27/hour
