Job summary

Boulder Post Acute in Boulder, CO is hiring PRN CNAs and multiple full-time shifts to support our residents. You will provide direct care under licensed nurses, build relationships with residents, and contribute to a warm, compassionate team.

Required are a Colorado CNA license and CPR certification; background checks are required. LTC/SNF experience is a plus, and we offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Colorado CNA license.
• CPR certification is current.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks including CAPS.
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under licensed nurses.
• Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures.
• Document care and communicate changes to the team.
