Peninsula Post-Acute in Burlingame, CA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for PM and NOC shifts. Join a team dedicated to exceptional care and a consistent 4-on/2-off rotation.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, grooming, mobility, and dining.
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, safety, and independence.
• Assist with repositioning, transfers, and restorative nursing programs.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Follow individualized care plans to support resident well-being.
• Complete accurate charting and documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
