Job summary

Grandview Nursing & Rehabilitation in Danville, PA seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) per diem to support residents' daily living activities and comfort.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, document care, monitor residents, and assist with mobility and hygiene, contributing to recovery and well‑being in a dynamic care environment near Geisinger Medical Center.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and maintain patient dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of care and observations
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning
• Assist with transporting patients and transferring between rooms
• Monitor vital signs and document patient status
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment
