Job summary

Grandview Nursing & Rehabilitation in Danville, Pennsylvania is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Per Diem to join our caring team. As a CNA Per Diem, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients and residents, assisting with daily living activities and comfort.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team, document patient care, help with transfers, monitor vital signs, and support infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience providing daily living assistance and compassionate patient care.
• Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Basic clinical skills including vital signs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily living activities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop care plans.
• Assist with transporting patients and transfers between rooms.
• Perform vital signs, measure weights, and conduct other relevant assessments; maintain infection control and a clean environment.
