Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Winston-Salem, NC is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

We offer flexible scheduling with dependable hours, a supportive culture, ongoing training, 24/7 clinical support, and a mission-driven team focused on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active North Carolina CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test or screening as required.
• Valid government-issued ID.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to document care accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift and assist with transfers.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with ADLs such as bathing, hygiene, dressing, grooming.
• Assist with range of motion and mobility activities.
• Support comfort, safety, and well-being; follow care plans.
• Document care as required and communicate concerns to clinical staff.
• Build positive relationships with patients and families.

Pay Range: $15–$18/hour

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

What You'll Do

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
  • Bathing
  • Personal hygiene
  • Dressing
  • Grooming
• Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility activities
• Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being
• Follow care plans and caregiver instructions
• Document care as required
• Build positive relationships with patients and families
• Communicate patient concerns and observations to clinical staff

Qualifications

Required

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Active North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Current CPR certification

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
• Ability to document care accurately
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required for patient care
• Ability to assist with transfers and mobility activities
• Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly
• Ability to work in a home care environment safely and effectively

Preferred

• Experience working with pediatric or medically fragile patients
• Home health experience

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Flexible scheduling based on availability
• Day, evening, and weekend opportunities may be available
• Consistent one-on-one assignments
