Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is currently hiring CNAs and qualified HHAs to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas. Pay ranges from $14–$16/hour, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.

We emphasize compassionate care, ongoing training, and a supportive, family-oriented culture with 24/7 clinical support and a mission-driven environment focused on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and hold PA CNA certification or approved 75-hour HHA training.
• Current CPR certification and TB test or screening as required.
• Ability to read, understand and follow written instructions and document care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, personal hygiene, dressing and grooming.
• Assist with range of motion and mobility activities.
• Support comfort, safety and well-being and follow care plans.
• Document care as required and communicate observations to clinical staff.
• Build positive relationships with patients and families.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Angels of Care Pediatric HomeHealth is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and qualified Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

What You'll Do

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
• Bathing
• Personal hygiene
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility activities
• Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being
• Follow care plans and caregiver instructions
• Document care as required
• Build positive relationships with patients and families
• Communicate patient concerns and observations to clinical staff

Qualifications

Required

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Active Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification OR proof of completion of an approved 75-hour Home Health Aide training program in accordance with PA regulations
• Current CPR certification
• Current TB test or screening as required
• Valid government-issued identification
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
• Ability to document care accurately
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required for patient care
• Ability to assist with transfers and mobility activities
• Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly
• Ability to work in a home care environment safely and effectively

Preferred

• Experience working with pediatric or medically fragile patients
• Home health experience

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
