Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one in-home care for medically fragile children in Carnegie, PA. The role offers meaningful patient support and flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, following care plans, documenting care, and building strong relationships with families, under supervision of clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification OR completion of PA-approved 75-hour HHA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test or screening as required.
• Valid government-issued ID.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to document care accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility activities.
• Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being.

What You'll Do

• Physical Requirements
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required for patient care
• Ability to assist with transfers and mobility activities
• Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly
• Ability to work in a home care environment safely and effectively

Preferred

• Experience working with pediatric or medically fragile patients
• Home health experience

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available

• Day, evening, and weekend opportunities may be available
• Consistent one-on-one assignments
