Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Durham, PA and surrounding areas is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

Join a mission-driven team with flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and a full benefits package; you will support patients with ADLs, mobility, and care plans while collaborating with clinical staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification OR proof of completion of an approved 75-hour Home Health Aide training program in accordance with PA regulations.
• Current CPR certification
• Current TB test or screening as required
• Valid government-issued identification
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
• Ability to document care accurately
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical Requirements: ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift for patient care
• Ability to assist with transfers and mobility activities
• Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly
• Ability to work in a home care environment safely and effectively

Responsabilidades

What You'll Do
