Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Butler, PA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults. Successful candidates will follow care plans, assist with ADLs, mobility, and maintain clear documentation.

The role offers flexible full-time and part-time schedules, opportunities for ongoing training, and a supportive, family-oriented culture with 24/7 clinical support.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification or completion of a PA-approved 75-hour Home Health Aide training program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test or screening as required.
• Valid government-issued identification.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to document care accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift and assist with transfers as required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility activities.
• Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Follow care plans and caregiver instructions.
• Document care as required.
• Build positive relationships with patients and families.
• Communicate patient concerns and observations to clinical staff.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

Required

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Active Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification OR proof of completion of an approved 75-hour Home Health Aide training program in accordance with PA regulations
• Current CPR certification
• Current TB test or screening as required
• Valid government-issued identification
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
• Ability to document care accurately
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required for patient care
• Ability to assist with transfers and mobility activities
• Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly
• Ability to work in a home care environment safely and effectively

Preferred

• Experience working with pediatric or medically fragile patients
• Home health experience

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available

• Day, evening, and weekend opportunities may be available
• Consistent one-on-one assignments
