Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide one-on-one in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Burlington, NC and surrounding areas.

We offer meaningful patient interaction, flexible scheduling with dependable hours, and a family-oriented culture. Our team receives ongoing training, 24/7 clinical support, and opportunities for professional growth within a mission-driven organization.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active NC CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test or screening as required.
• Valid government-issued identification
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to document care accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical requirements for ADLs and transfers.
• Safe home care environment awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility activities.
• Support patient comfort, safety, and well‑being.
• Follow care plans and caregiver instructions.
• Document care as required.
• Build positive relationships with patients and families.
• Communicate patient concerns and observations to clinical staff.

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) t to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

What You'll Do

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
• Bathing
• Personal hygiene
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility activities
• Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being
• Follow care plans and caregiver instructions
• Document care as required
• Build positive relationships with patients and families
• Communicate patient concerns and observations to clinical staff

Qualifications

Required

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Active North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Current CPR certification
• Current TB test or screening as required
• Valid government-issued identification
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
• Ability to document care accurately
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required for patient care
• Ability to assist with transfers and mobility activities
• Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly
• Ability to work in a home care environment safely and effectively

Preferred

• Experience working with pediatric or medically fragile patients
• Home health experience

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Flexible scheduling based on availability
• Day, evening, and weekend opportunities may be available
• Consistent one‑on‑one assignments
