Job summary

Exceptional Care for Children (ECC) is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time roles. The position offers 3 x 12 hour shifts per week (Days 6AM-6PM or Nights 6PM-6AM) at our Newark, Delaware facility.

ECC provides comprehensive benefits and a mission-driven work environment serving medically fragile pediatric and young adult residents. Responsibilities include direct resident care, daily stimulation, and assistance with activities of daily living.

Qualifications

• Must have Delaware CNA license.
• Provide care and daily interaction for residents.
• Assist pediatric patients with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Provides care and advocacy to residents requiring clinical expertise.
• Provides daily interaction, including but not limited to frequent conversation, play and holding/cuddling of residents to provide daily stimulation.
• Assists pediatric patients with activities of daily living.
