Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. seeks a Patient Care Specialist to support nursing staff at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, FL. You will assist with direct patient care under a licensed nurse and help manage unit operations, clerical tasks, stocking and transporting daily supplies.

Under RN supervision, you will contribute to service excellence while performing other duties as assigned in a busy hospital setting that values compassionate care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CNA license or eligibility preferred.
• BLS certification or CPR training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with unit operations including clerical work, stocking, ordering and transporting.
• Demonstrate service excellence and perform other duties as assigned.
