Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to assist licensed nurses by providing supportive patient care and helping with unit operations. The role includes clerical tasks, stocking, ordering, and transporting as well as designated patient care duties.

Under supervision, you will deliver service excellence and contribute to a compassionate care environment while supporting a busy hospital team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Vocational/technical diploma or certification accepted.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher may be advantageous.
• Master’s degree acceptable for advancement.
• Other qualifications as appropriate per site needs.

Responsibilities
