Position Overview

Guardian Home Healthcare is seeking a part-time CNA/PCA. These roles involve hands-on paraprofessional services that assist clients, their families, or both, with essential home management tasks, personal care, or supervision of activities to help clients remain and function effectively at home.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (dressing, bathing, oral care, skin, nails, hair)
• Assist with ambulation and transfers
• Perform household services essential to client care
• Record and report changes in client condition or needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, bed-making, and meal preparation
• Manage catheter drainage and record intake
• Assist with bedpans and urinals
• Provide basic first aid
• Observe and report medication administration
• Organize household items
• Maintain professional appearance and boundaries
• Complete any additional duties as assigned
