Job summary

Elite Sitters Homecare LLC is seeking compassionate CNAs and PCAs to join our growing team in Hickory/Newton, MS. You will provide one-on-one in-home care, support daily living activities, and monitor client wellbeing with a client-first attitude. Travel to Meridian area may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification or PCA experience in Mississippi.
• Experience in home care, assisted living, or clinical setting preferred.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to Meridian, MS area.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a client-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as directed by care plans
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Document care activities and maintain accurate client records
