Job summary

Griswold Home Care for Atlanta is seeking dependable caregivers to provide daytime in-home support in Norcross, GA. You will assist with daily living activities, escort clients to appointments, and maintain shift logs.

The full-time, in-person role offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits. A Georgia CNA license or PCA certification and a valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation/feeding, toileting, medication reminders and ambulation
• Complete daily activity logs for every shift
• Driving client to lunch, social engagements, and doctor’s appointments

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Current Georgia CNA license or PCA certification
• High School Diploma or GED- with the ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Good communication skills- written and oral
• Compassionate and positive attitude, with a love for seniors and the disabled
• Current Georgia Driver's license- with proof of current auto insurance
• CPR & First Aid
• TB Skin Test (within last year) or Chest X-ray (within past 5 years)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00-19.00 hr
