Job summary

ComForCare Home Care is seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCA) or CNAs to join our team in Cary, NC. You will provide essential support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities, personal care, mobility, meal prep, and light housekeeping. No overnight shifts; travel between clients is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months or more work experience as a PCA or CNA
• Previous experience in clients homes or senior communities (non family)
• Valid driver’s license and owned vehicle
• Must be able to pass a national background check and drug test
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
