Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, including meals and mobility.
• Observe health changes and report to supervising nurse.
• Document fluid and food intake.
• Help with personal hygiene and feeding as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe living areas and beds.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Assist nurses and staff as needed.
• Adhere to facility policies and confidentiality.
• Comply with federal, state and local regulations.
