Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals and ambulating
• Help residents with personal hygiene and feeding/nutritional supplements
• Observe residents and report health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document resident food and fluid intake
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment, make beds, keep living areas tidy
• Transport residents within the facility and assist nurses and other staff
• Adhere to professional standards, facility policies, and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of all residents and facility data
