Job summary

Signature HealthCARE at Heritage Hall Rehab & Wellness Center in Lawrenceburg, KY is looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision. You will support daily living activities, monitor health indicators, and contribute to a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

You will work with a team, maintain standards, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from the state.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team under licensed staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct resident care duties under licensed supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) per plan of care.
• Change bed linen and maintain supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using proper devices.
• Record vitals, weights, I&O, intake/outtake, and meals.
• Routinely turn and position residents as needed.
• Support resident rights within care environment.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in duty areas.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
