Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• AHA BLS for Health Care Provider required.
• Ability to maintain documentation as per guidelines.
• Ability to participate in plan of care as delegated by RN.

Responsibilities

• Provides care delegated and supervised by a registered nurse to meet client needs.
• Participates in development and implementation of the plan of care as delegated.
• Organizes and adapts plan of care with consideration for patient needs and routines.
• Maintains infection control procedures and a safe patient environment.
• Completes documentation according to guidelines and communicates changes promptly.
