Responsibilities

• Demonstrates understanding of accurate and timely order entry and medical record management to keep records organized.
• Ensures availability of resources (equipment, instruments, supplies) for positive patient outcomes and maintains a clean environment.
• Navigates systems to access patient information to facilitate transfers and orders.
• Follows plan of care under direction of RN/LPN, including procedures within scope of practice as competency allows.
• Understands diverse patient populations and conveys appropriate patient care.
• Answers phones promptly, screens calls, and supports positive customer service as unit greeter.
