Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Nurse Aide preferred.
• Experience: Secretarial experience required.

• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely order entry and medical record management.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and stock supplies.
• Assist with patient care duties under RN/LPN direction as needed.
• Provide friendly front-line customer service and phone screening.
• Navigate systems to access patient information and transfers.
• Support chart management, reporting retrieval, and follow-up.
