Job summary

Aria Healthcare in Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with resident care plans. You will support residents with activities of daily living and work closely with an interdisciplinary team.

Candidates must hold current Wisconsin CNA certification and demonstrate commitment to infection control, dignity, and compassionate care. Open interviews are held Tuesdays 11am-2pm.

Qualifications

• Must have current and active nursing aide certification in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care according to the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living including positioning, mobility, toileting, and bathing.
• Grooming, dining assistance, dressing and undressing.
• Infection control and prevention.
• Nutrition and elimination; comfort care and end-of-life care.
• Report changes to the assigned nurse promptly and document entries on flow sheets.
• Be a team player and coordinate with all disciplines in the facility.
• Respond to call lights in a timely and professional manner.
