Job summary

Belmont Bay Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a part-time CNA to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, observe residents, and report changes to licensed staff in a supportive team environment.

This role requires an active CNA license in the state, current BLS/CPR certification, and strong communication skills. The facility offers daily pay options and opportunities for growth in a 120-bed sub-acute and long-term care

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment respecting dignity.
