Job summary

Covenant Living of Golden Valley is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily resident care in a faith-based senior living community in Golden Valley, MN. Reports to the nurse manager and may receive direction from licensed staff.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion and passing the test for an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State.
• Listed on the State’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to residents on a daily basis.
• Assists with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
• Maintains resident rooms in a clean and orderly manner; tidy bedside tables, closets, and bathrooms.
• Assists with resident laundry, marks, cleans and irons clothing; notifies supervisor of needs.
• Prepares residents for meals, assists with serving meals and feeding.
