Care Initiatives is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate care team across Iowa’s skilled nursing communities. This part-time 3rd shift role includes every-other weekend, with a competitive hourly rate and shift differential.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Iowa or the ability to activate certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Communicate with residents, families and healthcare team.
• Monitor resident health with routine vital checks.
• Encourage participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a clean, safe environment.
